Not really, there are a few steps at the front. But the restaurant dining area is open with chairs and tables that could be adjusted if you were able to lift a chair up the steps.
The food is fantastic in the help is just as good and wonderful place to eat nice little atmosphere cute little bar drinks are reasonable

Yes, the menu will have "GF" or "GFO" next to the menu item. If it says "GFO that means you can have the option of making it gluten free but you need to tell them to make it gluten free
They do
Really good Indian food! My husband and I eat here as often as we can. Get the butter chicken & naan bread! Friendly staff. Highly recommend.
Great food, Josh lamb at our wimpy mild was flavorful! Curried mussels lovely. Will be bringing diet limited daughter ... Menu very well marked.
I ordered a lunch special. I was quickly seated and served. The food was excellent. Yes the service isn't happy and bubbly, but it is efficient and you get good food. I ordered the butter chicken expecting something typical and creamy like most ordinary Indian restaurants; instead, I received butter chicken that was probably the best I've had in a long time. It had actual flavor, actual spice, and it wasn't that hyper-creamy consistency that most Indian restaurants serve up. The chicken was also wonderful--it wasn't that mystery dark meat that a lot of cheap Indian places serve up -- it was quality white chicken meat that tasted fresh and succulent. Absolutely delicious. Don't go here expecting to find a nice chatty server (does that really matter?)--go here instead to find delicious Indian food. Definitely going again next time I have a craving for Indian food.
Good food. Okay atmosphere. Service was way too slow.
Expect some cultural gaucherie on the part of the waiter; it's as authentic as it gets. He's blunt, as when he asked me if I was in a hurry when when he walked in. He's personal, as when he showed me youtube videos on his phone and joked with me when I ordered food "Indian Hot." Enjoy the vast menu, the authenticity, and the spice, and bring the novel "Shantaram."
The food was delish! The waitress was pleasant and accommodating. I will visit again!! Its a must try.
If I could give it a zero I would have. I bought a Groupon and he said that I have to pay for the complimentary rice at $4 because of it. When we lightly questioned this method he said Groupon makes money he doesn't. We said we never would have even come to spend money here if it wasn't for the Groupon he rudly told us we could just cancel our order then if we wanted. He was just outright rude from the beginning and the transaction was just uncomfortable. He stood over us while he went through his phone checking that the Groupon was valid. I will never come back here again. Groupon or not. I haven't even tasted the food yet but even if it's the best thing I've ever tasted I still will never set foot in this place again. I recommend you do the same.
Didn't have options I expected from an Indian restaurant.
I've been here numerous times. The owner has always been very nice to me. He has a passion for cooking & is an incredible chef who makes amazing Indian cuisine. The food reflects his care and his attention to the balance of flavors makes It is absolutely delicious! I will be back!
I'm very thankful to see the reviews from other posters. I was about to try them out for the first time today, when i started reading all the posts about how rude the owner is. Sounds like some restaurants I've see on Kitchen Nightmares!! Thank you Google users! Furthermore, the post that the owner responded to about the lady with the 16 year old.. to you the owner of curry bistro. SHAME.. That is NOT how you respond to a post by trying to protect yourself, you ACCEPT IT, DEAL WITH IT, APOLOGIZE AND MOVE ON!! You made yourself look like an IDIOT!! SO SO glad I read reviews. YOU need to be shut down, and I hope this 1 star helps!!!
Great food. Well worth trying.
Great food! They have a bar . Variety menu
worst experience. Not worth for even a star.
Good food, not comfortable interior, pretty slow.
I would never eat here again. The owner was extremely rude. The food was terrible also.Don't waste your time or money here. Check out the other reviews, I wish I had!
This is a small and cosy place. They server beer and food from North India which has more focus on spices than on being hot.Highly recommend this place but waiting time is a little bit long here.
Haven't visited this for 4 years,so decided to visit it with my best friend as this was one of my favorite place. But I wasn't expecting that .we went for lunch last week and was completely shocked with the environ inside.when we entered inside the restaurant ,the waitress was sitting down and the guy in the kitchen with glasses probably so called chef was picking his nose with his hand. Even though we ordered our food ignoring the scene and we kept on watching the chef, he started preparing food with the same hand which he was picking up his nose.it was totally gross. From then on we will not be coming in this place anymore.i feel sorry for the owner but this is not the way it works. Staff should be taught about the hygiene too. I would like to give 0 star if it is possible
We love the food here. I agree with other reviews that the owner can SEEM rude and offensive, but they are both actually very nice, generous people if you give them a chance and get to know them. Try to keep in mind that they come from a different culture and what may seem "wrong" to me isn't wrong to them. They do things differently. The food is absolutely amazingly delicious. The butter chicken is to live for. I had the curry chicken and I think the Vindaloo (sp??) chicken and both were just delicious. I wish I could eat there every day. We chatted with the owner as we were leaving and found him to be very nice. It would be easy to misunderstand and misjudge him though. I highly recommend the Curry Bistro. It's all about the food, and the food is delicious.
I drive all the way from Monroe just so I can eat their food. Most excellent!
Amazing food. Loved it! Not your average indian restaurant :) 5 stars.
If you really want to taste INDIAN Indian food, this is the place to go. Most other places sacrifice the Indian-ness(If that's even a word) trying to make everyone happy ending up with curries that are not even remotely Indian. I've come to know the owner/chef over the last few months while enjoying many of his specialities. Before writing about how rude the owner is, please understand the cultural differences between here and the place this food the owner has their origin at. As another poster mentioned, once you get to know the owner, you'll learn to ignore everything that you think is 'rude' about him and love him for what he really is..and did I say the food is the best Indian food in town.
No wonder they are going out of business. They lie on the menu. Do no go here
The food is good and the people are friendly. We were seated quickly and food didn't take a long time. Prices seem a bit high, but not enough to avoid eating here.
Delicious food! Been to this little restaurant many times over the last 5 years and have never been disappointed in the food. Tried many Indian restaurants ( my favorite food) and this place is definitely in my top 3.
I ate here three times and was progressively disappointed. The food and service have been mediocre, and the prices are a bit high. The deal breaker was when I opened my to-go order of chicken tikka masala and found about 1/2 and inch of grease at the top. After I poured the grease from the top of the container, the remaining "food" looked like canned dog food. I was so disgusted by both the grease and the Alpo-like appearance that I threw it away. Knowing of their lack of dedication to customer satisfaction, I didn't bother to drive back and try to get my money back for whatever it was they had tried passing off as food. I have not been brave (or stupid) enough to give them another chance.
No frills but delicious recipes. Prices are moderately high, however the fare is magnificent!
Tried to order twice and the restaurant canceled both times! Highly disappointed.
Good food but don't trust the hours posted online. I've stopped by at lease 2x for lunch well within posted hours only to have them closed. 4stars for food, 2 stars for reliability.
Excellent food and the service is amazing! Couldn't ask for a better server ^_^
Excellent. The food is amazing. The owner and staff are great. Parking is a bit limited at times, so make sure you go early when there is a big event at the arena.
Good food, great service, very friendly.
Great service. And great food . I would take a picture but I ate it all. 😂 Good portion size and very relaxing environment 😊
The vegetarian selection is quite good, and the food is great, fresh and flavorful. There was no lunch buffet and expect to pay extra for rice, service can be slow on busy days as there is no wait staff, just one guy, but the food was made reasonable quickly.
The owner is extremely rude. The buffet is one trip. We were handed a giant metal tray. He watched us very closely and snapped that we can have 1 piece of desert. I told him that I felt that I would waste more food filling a huge tray rather than using a smaller plate. He began yelling at me. Said you don't like, you get out. He kept asking my friend if I always act like this. As we left, he shoved a sign in our faces and screamed that he has the right to refuse to serve us.Food is Ok but NOT WORTH THE ABUSE AND NASTY ATMOSPHERE!
My wife's first name and last initial on her Groupon account (maiden name) happened to be the same as someone who gave a bad review, on a site she doesn't use. As a result, we were practically chased out. We ate there once before, and the food was good, but not good enough to compensate for this.
We ate here twice recently using Groupons. Both the owner and the waiter were very nice about accepting the Groupon. The service was very good. You can expect to wait 25 minutes for your food, so come when you have time to relax. The food is good and tastes authentic. Limited parking available so plan on walking a ways on arena event days.
Quickly seated & served. Food was fantastic, I came for the lunch special. Chicken Vandoori. I see others commented that they were unhappy with their service, and that was not my experience at all. I walked out thinking I would come again.
Food is good. Owner is iffy. Be prepared to wait. He doesn't allow staff to serve even a lemonade if he isn't present to approve it. I've always paid full price, so his hatred of coupons doesn't affect my rating. If you don't care about time, you will have a delicious meal.
Good food and friendly service. Lunch special was very reasonably priced.
The food was excellent and it's right across the street from the Xfinity Arena so an excellent location!
I was excited to finally check out this little hole in the wall and was even more eager to leave it. The owner was horribly rude and the place was empty. The food tasted frozen and the wine clearly had not been stored correctly as my chilled white wine tasted like a fridge. I will never ever go back... truly a waste of time & calories
Don't go here with a GROUPON! The owner totally ripped me off! I did not get the amount of food on my Groupon. First they told me my bill was 18.00, but according to the menu it was 16.50. I let it go thinking maybe it was the tax..? Anyway, when I left I saw my meal on a blackboard in the window. My meal was only worth 11.00! Plus the garlic naan, it should have totaled 13.50. Rip-offs!!
My husband and I went for lunch a few days ago. We walked in and it the place was dirty and very cold and very small. The lady working told us we could sit any where. We sat down and looked at the menu. The waitress brought us water and took our order. We ordered butter chicken and two sides ofor Naan. It was so cold my husband and I had to trade places (he was in front of the door) I got my food first, first my rice then about 3 minutes later my butter chicken. We had to wait another five minutes for my husband's food. About 6 minutes later we got out naan. We started to eat and was very disappointed our butter chicken was very watery and my chicken was rubbery, our naan was not fresh. It was microwaved. I'm assuming it was from the freezer. Pieces of the naan were hard from being over cooked. The food was over priced and the quality was horrible. We will not be goin back. If I could give this place negative stars I would.
Great food and service!
